Futures (GC) ↔ XAUUSD converter

Why there is a gap

Futures settle in the future, so they include the cost of carrying gold until then (interest minus nothing, since gold pays no yield). That is why GC usually trades above spot. The gap shrinks as the contract nears expiry and jumps when the active contract rolls. Brokers also add their own small spread, so treat converted levels as zones, not exact ticks.
